This manufacture movement has an impressive power reserve of 5 days and is particularly robust. The company equips the Oris Aquis Date 41.5 mm with the Calibre 400, which was introduced in 2020. However, the water resistance of 30 bar remains unchanged. This has been omitted here in favour of a tidy front. The larger model still has the line “Pressure Resistant”. Interestingly, Oris reduces the text on the dial. Common to all variants are the indices and hands, which are generously filled with Super-LumiNova. Fans of the trendy green dial colour will therefore have to settle for the smaller case diameter. It is worth mentioning that these colours are not available on the larger model. The classic blue that adorns the 43.5 mm variant is now joined by anthracite and green. Oris presents the new Aquis Date 41.5 mm with three different dial colours. Meanwhile, the unidirectional rotating bezel with ceramic insert presents itself in blue, anthracite or green – depending on the colour of the dial. Elsewhere, the crown guard prevents the screw-down steel crown from being damaged. On the back, the sapphire crystal case back reveals the mechanics inside. The multi-piece steel case has angular lugs with visible screws. It measures 41.5 mm in diameter, which is 2 mm less than that of the flagship Aquis Date Calibre 400. The three versions of the Oris Aquis Date 41.5 mm come with a stainless steel case. In addition to the typical blue of the collection, this watch also comes with a dial in anthracite or green. Now Oris presents a smaller version of this watch, that features the same mechanics. The popular Oris Aquis was the first watch to be updated and equipped with the Calibre 400. It offers a strong power reserve of 5 days combined with high precision and durability. Last year, the Hölstein-based manufacture proudly presented its new in-house calibre – the Calibre 400.
